Grow Partnership Tennessee (GPT) operates as a tax-exempt Community Based Organization (CBO) under IRS section 501(c)(3). Our primary focus is enhancing the well-being of underserved communities. We actively forge partnerships across East Tennessee to address racism as a critical public health issue. Our aim is to transition from inequality to equality and equity in healthcare access, fostering a more just and inclusive healthcare system. We are confident that the implementation of a peer training model will empower residents to serve effectively as community health workers within these affected communities.​
